Camarones Malcriados

Ingredientes (para 4 personas):

  • 500 g de camarones limpios y pelados (puedes dejar la cola para mayor presentación)
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 2 dientes de ajo finamente picados
  • 2 cucharadas de Salsa La Malcriada etiqueta negra
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Perejil fresco picado para decorar

Pasos para Preparar los Camarones Malcriados

  1. Prepara los camarones: Enjuaga bien los camarones y sécalos con papel absorbente. Sazónalos con sal y pimienta al gusto.

  2. Derrite la mantequilla: En una sartén grande a fuego medio, derrite la mantequilla hasta que comience a burbujear ligeramente. Agrega el ajo picado y sofríe durante 1 minuto, evitando que se queme.

  3. Cocina los camarones: Añade los camarones a la sartén en una sola capa. Cocina durante 2-3 minutos por cada lado, hasta que tomen un color rosado brillante.

  4. Agrega el toque especial: Aañade Salsa La Malcriada etiqueta negra al gusto. Revuelve bien para que los camarones se impregnen de sabor.

  5. Sirve y decora: Retira los camarones del fuego y transfiérelos a un plato. Decora con perejil fresco picado y un chorrito adicional de Salsa La Malcriada si quieres intensificar el picor.

  • Arroz blanco o al cilantro: Un acompañamiento suave que equilibra el picor.
  • Verduras al vapor: Brócoli, zanahorias y calabacitas como opción ligera y nutritiva.

  • Si prefieres un sabor menos picante, utiliza Salsa La Malcriada etiqueta amarilla para un toque más cítrico.
